This year marks a very special year; it is the 10th anniversary of the Archbishop's LifeLink Day Schools Initiative.

We are delighted to report that over the past 10 years, Archdiocesan school communities have warmly embraced LifeLink Day, and it is now very much a part of the schools annual calendar of events.

Much has been achieved — together!

  • Archbishop Hickey and Bishop Sproxton have reached out to chat to thousands of students through their annual interactive webcasts, something we know students look forward to and enjoy.
  • Students within Archdiocesan schools are now far better informed on how the Church responds to need in our community, and have a greater understanding of the work of our LifeLink social service agencies.
  • Collectively, school communities have raised $582,744.47, funds which have wholly been directed to help people within our community who most need our help.
